Maternity experience survey

A short survey for the Senate inquiry into women’s health.

Maternity care for migrant, refugee and culturally and linguistically diverse women

A short survey by the Multicultural Centre for Respectful Maternity Care (MCRMC)
www.mcrmc.org.au · info@mcrmc.org.au

Why we are asking
The Australian Senate is holding an inquiry into women’s health. It includes pregnancy, birth and care after the baby is born.

MCRMC wants migrant, refugee and culturally diverse women to be heard. Your answers will help us write a submission. We will use grouped results. We will not put your name in the submission unless you later ask us to.

MCRMC also does advocacy. Part of that work is sharing stories so the public, services and government can see what care is like. Later in this survey you can choose whether we may contact you about that. You can say no.

This is not medical advice. It is not a university research study.

Who can take part
You can take part if:
you have been pregnant or given birth in Australia, or you are pregnant now, and
you are a migrant, a refugee, or from a culturally or linguistically diverse background, including people born in Australia to immigrant parents.

You can stop at any time. You can skip any question.
